We are constantly adding materials to our inventory, so if you have a specific request, please let us know.

How large can you print?

Just about any size you want. We can print up to 1500mm wide, at any resolution, and at almost any length.

What determines the price of a job?

Many variables factor into the price, including the material used the size and quantities of each piece, the number of different creative, and the finishing required. One thing that does not affect price is the number of colors.

What type of files do you need to print my job?

We accept almost all popular graphics files, including Adobe's Photoshop™, Illustrator™ and  InDesign™ in formats like eps files, tiff's, and high-resolution pdf's.

How do I get my art file to you for printing?

The easiest way is through the “ send artwork ” page on this website. No password or special software is needed, simply follow the prompts. If you prefer, you may also send us your art on a cd or dvd. Files smaller than 10 MB can also be e-mailed to albert@twentyninedigital.com.au

What is the best way to ensure I get the colors I want?

If you need to match a certain colour, please provide us a proof or swatch of the color(s) you want us to match. Some colours are not possible to match as different printer produce slightly different colours.

Can you provide me a proof before printing?

If requested, we are happy to provide an e-mail proof without charge, which is very helpful in confirming the layout and content, but is not effective for color matching, since all monitors (and printers) are a little different. Hardcopy proofs on the actual selected material can also be provided if required.

What is your turnaround time?

Our goal is to have your order completed within 24-48 hours from your approval. Some job with extra finishing will need extra times. We will let you know the estimate for the turnaround times required for your job.

How will you deliver my product to me?

It depends on the product and your preference, as we have many established relationships with courier companies. We typically use Flash Couriers for most local Sydney metro urgent deliveries and use Couriers Please or TNT for interstate or overseas delivery.

Can you create the artwork for me?

Yes, we do have graphic artists on staff that can help you design and build artwork for a reasonable charge.

What if I need to make a small change to a digital file, such as changing a date or a directional?

We are happy to make simple changes such as these for no charge if you have provided us a digital file already although some digital file might not be supplied editable.

What other charges are there?

Unless specified the pricing we provide you will be for the whole project, including pre-press, an electronic proof, any minor revisions, colour matching, and finishing. Delivery is extra as some client prefer to collect or pick up using their own courier.

In which software format should I submit my graphics?

We support all standard graphics formats from both Mac and Windows. Our preference is High Resolution PDF. Please make sure to allow for minimum of 2mm bleeds all around plus cropmarks.

What Resolution should I Specify?
Please supply all images @ 300dpi minimum for best quality prints. For inkjet poster you can supply 100dpi minimum at final size.
